It is without a doubt at this point of her life that Yvonne is determined to move up in her goals of being an actress / producer. She first studied at the Chung-Hwa School of Arts / Performing Arts and at the National Taiwan University of Arts Drama in her native land. But it was not until she attended the New York Film Academy of Acting for Film did she begin her journey into that field.
When she was in Junior High School her sights were first on being a painter or a professional dancer but that soon changed. While attending art school she discovered the field of production, and it altered her career goals. That was when the acting bug set in. Yvonne found inspiration via talents like Greg Hsu and Awkwafina. She was most impressed by how Awkwafina goes about her career by constantly defining herself and that she is a diverse actress / musician.
She has participated in many photo shoots and modeled quite a bit. Yvonne did a shoot with MAPS Studio; the photographer was Anna Paola Pizzocaro, which proved to be successful. When it comes to which she is more focused on modeling or acting, acting wins out. She is best known for her role in “Hijra in Between” and “HIStory2: Right or Wrong;” both productions were very successful in the industry. At the New York Academy of Acting for Film she took part in certain projects and enjoyed delving into the character especially for the short titled “People, Places and things”. Recently, she was involved with the Chicago Dance Mob Brand Ambassadors. She is also working on her own project titled “MERGE”.
Yvonne is very multi-talented since besides acting and modeling she is knowledgeable in martial arts, singing and street dance. From the East to the West, Yvonne is on her way of bridging both in new and innovative ways.
